I have experienced chronic pain in two areas of my back and Troy took the time to conduct a thorough evaluation to really understand the core of the issues and make a treatment plan to address. Just had a great initial eval with the Apex team - Troy and Gregg! They conducted a very thorough full body exam, addressed the needed areas, and came up with an appropriate care plan. In no way did I ever feel rushed or like they weren’t listening to my concerns. The clinic itself is amazing as well and very easy to get to! I walked out of there feeling great and much better than I did going in!

I would highly recommend Apex Performance and Chiropractic! Troy and Gregg are very personable and professional. I appreciated the fact that the clinic was not about automatic X-rays and packages, but truly took the time to learn about you specially as a client to get to the root of the pain and discomfort. They also provided me with exercises to do at home to relieve my pain. This isn’t an ordinary chiropractic clinic, it honestly feels like individualized care.

I have been seeing Troy and Greg for a few weeks now and although I still have daily aches and pains of life...my achilles pain, my shoulder pain and my hip pain are practically gone. I am not as fatigued at the end of my work day, and I am sleeping so much better. This was seriously one of the best deciaion I made for my health care. Doesn't hurt that Troy and Greg are funny and all round good guys!

I’ve seen Gregg a couple times for cupping sessions, and also 10 sessions for ART, and it helped tremendously with the disc degeneration pain in my lower neck. I was referred to a surgeon and Apex has helped me avoid that. Much appreciation!!!

I’m a big fan of Dr Troy and Dr. Greg and Apex!!! I’ve dealt with back pain for the last 15+ years and have tried lots of different things to help w that pain and nothing seemed to work. After the initial evaluation they went right to work and after just a few weeks I’ve already seen/felt more improvement than the prior 15 years. ...Y'all! I FREAKING LOVE ART! This has helped me SO much more than my own rest, home exercises and stretches, meds, voodoo and other unmentionables have in the last two months! He digs into those tough tight sore areas while running them through the range of motion and I walk out of there feeling like jelly! We've also now combined some of my sessions with Dr. Troy for general maintenance, I mean alignments, and dry needling which have also helped move me in the right direction. It's basically a hurts so good situation in there. Try them. You won't be disappointed!
