These are offered to ensure that you are a good candidate for the services we provide, and to make sure that you feel confident that you are going to receive the proper care for your condition. You can schedule a Discovery Call through our online booking system.

We recommend wearing clothing that will not be restrictive when assessing body movement. The ideal clothing is athletic wear, which we also recommend for all follow up appointments as well. However, we can typically work around any type of attire. If you need to change clothing for your appointment, we just ask that you arrive a few minutes early to ensure you are able to maximize the time scheduled for your treatment.

A typical chiropractic appointment at Apex Performance and Chiropractic lasts between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the nature of your condition and the treatment being provided.

Not necessarily. While X-rays and other diagnostic tests may be ordered in certain cases, such as suspected fractures or dislocations, many conditions can be diagnosed through a physical examination and medical history.

The number of chiropractic sessions required to see results varies depending on the individual and the condition being treated. Your chiropractor will develop a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs and goals.

Yes, chiropractic care can be safe and effective for pregnant women. However, it is important to seek care from a chiropractor who is experienced in treating pregnant women and who can modify their techniques to accommodate your changing body. While we do see some pregnant women in our office for wellness, we can provide recommendations to area chiropractors who we trust and respect with our pregnant mothers who are dealing with pregnancy-related issues.
