Who We Are

At Apex Performance & Chiropractic, we understand that living with aches and pains is not the way to go through life. We aim to help everyone from new-to-sport athletes, professional athletes, weekend warriors, and parents trying to keep up with their kids, get out of pain and back to doing what they love. We put Apex into our name because it means the top or highest part of something, and we want everyone to feel that they are at the top of their performance! That performance may be as simple as going for a nice daily walk without pain, or as complex as setting athletic records. Our approach is to find your musculoskeletal dysfunction through a thorough functional movement exam. Book your FREE discovery call today. Gregg Gausden , LMT

Gregg Gausden was born and raised here in Omaha and attended both of the Elkhorn high schools before graduating from Elkhorn South. Growing up, his entire life was based around athletics between himself and his two older brothers. Gregg played baseball in high school and then walked on at the University of NebraskaOmaha. Gregg earned a baseball scholarship in his second year playing for the Mavericks.  Unfortunately, after two years of pitching at UNO, he had elbow reconstruction (Tommy John surgery). Following surgery, he endured a 10-monthlong stint of physical therapy, which led him to a few years of playing independent baseball. Along the way, Gregg found a massage therapist that changed his perspective on healing, which led him to attend the Colorado School of Healing Arts in Lakewood Colorado. After graduation, he started performing massage at Kambeitz Chiropractic Health & Wellness, where he got the opportunity to work on a handful of professional athletes in the Colorado area. Gregg has a wonderful girlfriend, Kendra, and two daughters, Kambrie and Kali. Their hobbies as a family include long walks, playing golf, and ice cream dates!
